Basic Purpose of the job

1. Manage Replenishment Planning (RP) based on agreed forecast in a timely manner by developing good relationships with internal and external business partners

2. Coordinate activities in goods receipt, storage, and distribution to secure smooth warehouse operation in collaboration with 3PL

3. Organize local logistics to deliver the right products to the right location on time at an optimal cost in line with defined service levels

4. Coordinate the process of package design change and local packaging work in line with global guidelines and local standards in a timely manner

5. Identify potential risks in supply chain areas and plan activities to mitigate those risks

Accountabilities

1. Demand & Supply Planning ・Review forecast performance・Develop Replenishment Planning (RP) and obtain consensus with the business sideRelated Performance Indicators・Assess supply chain constraints to identify risks to the demand plan・Project inventory development and identify potential shortages and surpluses・Deliver the required amount of products on time with optimal Mode of Transportation.

2. Local logistics and warehouse management ・Coordinate warehouse activities to realize efficient overall operation・Coordinate schedule for inspection, local release, and delivery to customersRelated Performance Indicators・Identify improvement areas and take actions to strengthen warehouse operation・Maintain sufficient level of inventory・Optimize logistics and transportation to minimize distribution costs・Maintain customer service level

3. Package-related Change Management ・Coordinate activities for package creation and updating through various systems・Plan local packaging process and develop necessary packaging materialsRelated Performance Indicators・Develop packaging materials with cross-functional global and local teams in a timely manner・Optimize the process for package-related change management・Ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and local standards

4. Local Projects ・Lead or participate in local projects in supply chain-related areas Related Performance Indicators・Contribute to product launch/transfer projects・Actively participate in supply chain-related projects, especially in warehouse and logistics areas

Other regulatory and / or Organizational Requirements

Strong understanding of the core business and supply chain process

Required Capabilities (Skills, Experiences)

• Knowledge of supply chain management and forecasting

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

• Ability to communicate with global counterparts in English

• Computer literacy and good analytical skills

• Ability to take the initiative and work in a team

• Experience with SAP is a plus.
