Bighorn Airways Operations Support Admin in Sheridan, Wyoming
Job Summary:
The Operations Support admin is responsible for assisting the Flight Operations department with records, scheduling, and charter working, under the direction of the Director of Operations and Operations Scheduler/Flight Follower.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the availability of resources across company departments to support effective and efficient utilization and cost containment.
- Support the commercial aspects of the business: sales, branding, website development and maintenance, social media, and marketing initiatives, in coordination with the applicable departments.
- Provide support forthe Flight Operations Department; Scheduling, records, and training as directed.
- Manage crew travel and accommodations, support remote based crews as a point of contact.
- Act as the Technical Librarian for the Flight Operations Departments
- Support the IT, administration, and cross-departmental integrations initiatives.
- Manage the company technical libraries to ensure revisions of the Required Manuals for Flight Operations, Training, and Safety are completed as and when required.
- Comply with other duties as assigned andassist the Senior Management from time to time.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be reliable and trustworthy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
- Must be able to learn other software pertinent to BHA.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Self starter.

Education and Experience:
- An Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
- Previous aviation experience in flight operations, maintenance, and/or logistics, desired.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Be able to lift 15lbs
