Essential Functions and Requirements:

• Safety Priority: Adhere to all company policies and work safely.

• Shop Organization: Maintain clean and orderly work areas.

• Equipment Expertise: Install and repair various equipment and components.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections on completed parts.

• Tool Proficiency: Comfortable with power tools (pneumatic, electric).

• Equipment Proficiency: Familiar with forklifts and crane operations.

• Self-Starter: Work independently with limited guidance when necessary.

• Team Player: Collaborate effectively within a team and follow directions.

• Adaptability: Perform other related duties as required.

Skills & Background:

• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in machining, manufacturing, or related fields.

• Machining Expertise: Proficient in programming using FeatureCAM, familiar with CNC machines, set-ups, tools, and finishing various machined components.

• Blueprint Literacy: Experience with engineering blueprints and schematics.

• Physical Stamina: Handle a physical workload.

• Lifelong Learning: Proactively seek continuous improvement and professional development.

• Effective Communicator: Attentive, considerate, and inquisitive. Ask questions when needed.

• Helpful Nature: Willingness to assist others.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour

Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
