Job Title: Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled welder proficient in MIG welding to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for layout, positioning, and securing plasma and cut parts using straightedge. This role requires the ability to weld in various positions, including vertical up, vertical down, horizontal, and overhead. Candidates must be able to read and interpret CAD drawings.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding.

• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.

• Experience with fabrication and fitting.

• Knowledge of blueprint reading.

Work Environment

The facility is temperature-controlled and typically has music playing over speakers throughout the shift. PPE and tools, including work gloves, protective glasses, and hearing protection, are provided as needed. Steel-toe shoes are required and must be provided by the employee. The facility is clean, organized, and recently updated with new restrooms, office spaces, and a paved parking lot. The shift is from 7:00am to 3:30pm with little to no overtime currently.
