We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will sell, plan, coordinate and implement exhibit and sponsorship initiatives for multiple conferences. We have a diverse client base each with their own specific protocols and processes which requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a high level of professionalism.<p> Responsibilities: Exhibit leadership qualities in order to conduct client and vendor meetings; Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales potential during customer interactions; Track and meet project deadlines to ensure successful execution of all events; Research information and perform cold calling to generate new leads and expand customer base; Collaborate with team members to strategize on streamlining processes and identifying cost-effectiveness; Ability to adapt to change quickly and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, highly focused environment; Must be able to travel as required;<p> Skills: Minimum of two-year college or equivalent work experience; Proven experience in conference sponsorship/exhibit sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets; Management of logistical process for sponsorships and exhibits; Strong customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with clients;Proficiency in software applications relevant to sales processes and customer relationship management; MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS a must; Ability to learn new platforms such as Momentus, Cvent, and manage them independently; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly; Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; A proactive attitude towards upselling products and services during client interactions<p> Join our team as a Specialist where your skills will contribute significantly to our growth while providing you with opportunities for professional development!

Pay: $60,405.00 per year
