  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts in the retail and consumer product sectors, collaborating with internal service teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.

  • Establish strong connections with new clients in the South China market to identify their needs, understand decision-makers, and drive the development of new testing and inspection business, with a focus on toys and hardline products.

  • Partner with overseas sales teams to cultivate new business opportunities. This includes preparing quotations, conducting client visits, and leveraging lab support to meet client requirements.

  • Proactively engage with sales teams from other business units to identify client needs and develop new testing business while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

  • Work alongside engineers and technical support teams to address qualified customer needs effectively.

  • Collaborate closely with customer service and operation teams to deliver exceptional client service, utilizing lab resources efficiently to satisfy client demands.

  • Meet or exceed sales target

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the toys, hardline, or cosmetics sectors, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Proficiency in English as a working language.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
