Key job responsibilities
• Leading a team of Global Partner Managers to deliver the revenue goals through exploring the new business opportunities and more effective advertisers' engagement approaches.
• Being capable of navigating Amazon globally to leverage global resources and influence global partners to better serve our customers.
• Influencing products' roadmap through close communications with internal partner team to reflect CN advertisers voices.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of sales, inside sales, or business development experience
Experience managing teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing efficient and scalable sales operations processes
Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
Experience defining sales tech requirements for a CRM such as Salesforce
