Your role at Clorox:
Responsible for managing and developing Clorox sales activities within a designated distributor area to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. This role will oversee the performance of distributors in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Northern Guangdong, implement sales strategies, and ensure excellent KA customer management.
In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities (in descending order of importance):
Responsible for distributor management in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Northern GuangDong including:
Achieve quarterly/yearly sales target with the collaboration with distributors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to drive sales and achieve targets.
Conduct regular distributor visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and offer support.
Monitor distributor inventory levels and sales performance, providing guidance on stock management and sales strategies.
Collaborate with distributors to plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Responsible for execute trade funds management policy, funding, guidelines to ensure Trade Fund spending is within budget and compliance.
Responsible for AMPS execution with excellence and implement Clorox sales strategy:
Implement Clorox AMPS standards in store level to achieve AMPS target
Implement and adapt regional sales strategies to meet the needs of the distributor area.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
Set sales targets and forecasts for distributors and ensure they are aligned with company goals.
Responsible for KA management in region
Conduct regular business review and JBP with KA such as CRV,Rainbow,Ole and Pupu, achieve share growth for Clorox relative categories.
Ensure that customers receive service and support from distributors.
Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product development and marketing team.
Team management
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives or distributors' sales staff.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the team.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

What we look for:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven 8-10 years sales experience in multinational FMCG company , preferably in a regional or distributor management role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships, at least lead 10+ people team to deliver excellent result.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Fluent in written and spoken English is preferred
