Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Release manager for an onsite role in Shelton,CT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning, management, and delivery of B2C engagements (implementations, managed services) Project Management of Complex Engagements (up to $5m): managing budget, resources, timeline and communication both internally and externally with the goal of delivering work on time and on budget

• Co-ordinate with different stakeholder for dependency and approval

• Support team to prepare release note, run book & required documents/reports

• Present change request in CAB

• Work on project planning, time allocation and estimation.

• Prepare project timeline with milestone and dependency

Required Skills:

• 8 Yrs. Project Manager

• Should be flexile in working hours as per project demand

• Must have knowledge on different types of change (Standard, Emergency) and change request process

• Tool knowledge - Service Now, Microsoft Project Plan

• Outstanding problem-solving capabilities

• Experience in Retail or Restaurants/QSR is helpful
