Description Job Overview: Seeking a experience in detail oriented holding a diploma or a degree in relative domains with 1-2 years of experience in information technology administration and support. Ideal applicants will demonstrate industry-recognised certifications such as A+, Network+. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software across a range of devices, basic networking troubleshooting, and experience with Windows servers is expected.

Further Skills and Experience Required: • Proven capability in Office 365 user support and application • Understanding of TCP/IP, sub-netting, and VLANs • Familiarity with server infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, VMWare vCenter, Hyper-V, iSCSI SANs, Veeam Backup, and Terminal Servers • Experience with SQL Server, including query creation • Ability to support network connections to PLC devices • Proficiency in administration of Microsoft 365 cloud technologies • Capable of managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP • Able to provide useful feedback regarding system operations and readiness • Available for on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend support • Familiarity with scripting languages is a bonus • Knowledge of AS/400 and ability to support/install CAD software will be considered a plus

Job Functions: • Supporting a variety of devices and systems including VMWare servers, Cisco switches and routers, and business critical applications to maintain stable operations • Assisting with disaster recovery, maintaining business data links, and user accounts • Adhering to company's network and security policies • Evaluate and install new software applications and hardware

Work Environment: • Regular office setting and factory floor (PPE mandates).

Key Priorities: 1) Past experience in Helpdesk Support. 2) Expertise in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS. 3) Adept at Windows Server operation. 4) Hands-on experience in Hardware Support. 5) Additional Credit for Manufacturing Experience.
