Why You Will Love this Job: The EHS Coordinator is responsible for helping to continually drive a safe work environment for Rehlko Associates. Assist with associate training including planning, coordinating with internal and external training resources, and tracking data. Assist with incident reviews, scheduling safety investigations, ensuring data is collected and entered into Intelex software. Assists with all aspects of plant safety and health including, but not limited to, safety compliance, emergency response, safety audits and inspections, incident investigations, safety committee leadership, safety teams, and New Associate Orientation (NAO). Responsibilities include assisting the Production Manager in various activities that align with key performance indicators. Specific responsibilities: Strong self-direction and motivation is required Complies, analyzes, and interprets statistical date, prepares reports for daily, weekly, and monthly safety activities Must have good oral and written skills Detail oriented and ability to prioritize Asist with maintaining up-to-date SDS information and database by performing audits and gathering input from Production Supervisors and Manufacturing Engineers Assist with coordinating safety inspections and providing detailed corrective action recommendations to management Ability to assist or host with New Associate Orientation safety training Administer, maintains data base on Respiratory Protection and Hearing Conservation Programs Administer, maintains records and data base for all safety training Attend monthly safety committee meetings to conduct training, and identify immediate items that need to be addressed Requirements: Requirements include, but may not be limited to: High School Diploma or GED required 1-2 years of safety environmental experience outlining and implementing programs regarding employee safety procedures, practices and accident protection and prevention in heavy manufacturing industry, preferred Computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Interpersonal skills Ability to meet and exceed deadlines and expectations Clear and conceptual thinking, ability, excellent judgement, and discretion The salary range for this position is \$56900 - \$71100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate\'s experience, their education, and the work location.
