Aerotek Assembly Technician in Sheboygan, Wisconsin
Do you have electrical or mechanical experience? Are you looking for great benefits?
You will be working in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility to assemble and build high-end production machinery for high speed packaging machinery, pharmaceutical grade processing equipment, food grade production machinery and other custom products. You will be working from blueprints to schematics to ensure work is completed to specifications. You may also be asked to work with engineering departments and assist with building and testing prototype machinery before mass production of new models. Job duties include:
Install and mount electric motors, hydraulic pumps, gearboxes and conveying systems within machinery
Install pneumatic and hydraulic fittings, hoses and other components as needed
Wire touch screens, push-buttons, fans and electric motors
Build electrical panels and work with voltages up to 480VAC
Install bearings, belting, drive shafts, acme rods and other parts per machine design
Test completed machinery builds to ensure equipment is fully operational
Pay: $22.25 to $30.00+/hr based on experience

Requirements:
2 years of OEM Assembly, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanic or relevant mechanical/electrical experience
Experience working with 110V, 220V or 480V electrical components preferred
Previous OEM machine building experience preferred
