JOB REQUIREMENTS: X-Ray Specialist 1st Shift - 51441 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Johnsonville, LLC X-Ray Specialist 1st Shift Pay Range: \$25.36/hr-\$26.95/hr Hours: 5:30am-2:30pm; Monday - Friday (Overtime as production demands) Responsibilities: * Consistently manufacture \"great tasting\" sausage products according to specifications * Develop a strong set of world class skills in the area of x-ray technologies * Learn and be part of developing and enhancing new technology in the packaging department * Actively participate in daily Grill meetings and project teams * Set goals and objectives; both personal and as a team member to acquire \"superlative\" performance in order to support the Johnsonville Way * Grow, develop, and stretch yourself by continuing to find new and better ways to meet your commitments to yourself, your team and to JVL. Essential Functions/Duties: * Set up and operate foreign object detection equipment * Conduct safety checks and run calibration standards through unit prior to production * Sort through rejects when there is questionable image on the reject or when there are excessively high levels of rejects * Accurately track data from all production lines in an Excel spreadsheet * Able to use SAP for calibration checks for HACCP * Investigate any foreign object trends that emerge * Set up and tear down x-ray machine equipment * Conduct monthly radiation checks for the x-ray * Complete daily paperwork for the x-ray * Keep x-ray equipment running at the correct specifications for each product Date: August 7th, 2024 Location: Meadowside - Sheboygan Falls, WI Member Status: Full Time, Hourly Manufacturing Positions Available: 1 Benefits: Members have potential for a monthly bonus, 401k with a company match and profit sharing.
