JOB REQUIREMENTS: Oven Operator 2nd shift - 51450 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Johnsonville, LLC Oven Operator 2nd Shift Pay Range: \$25.36/hr - \$26.95/hr + \$1.50 Shift Premium Hours: 1:30pm-10:30pm; Monday - Friday (Overtime as production needs) Responsibilities: * Consistently manufacture \"great tasting\" sausage products according to specifications * Work together with other Oven Operators, Kontura Operators and Packaging Impingement Members to obtain World Class packaging results in safety, yields, usages, and efficiencies * Learn both the oven operator responsibilities at RS and MS * Actively participate in daily Tailgate meetings by offering ideas and suggestions, supporting team members and participating on team projects * Set goals and objectives; both personal and as a team member to acquire \"superlative\" performance in order to support the Johnsonville Way * Grow, develop, and stretch yourself by continuing to find new and better ways to meet your commitments to yourself, your team and to JVL. Essential Functions/Duties: * Identify and potentially track Critical Control Points (CCP) in the oven area * Help keep the oven area within Food Safety Quality (FSQ) compliance * Make adjustments to stay within product specifications * Proper set up of production equipment for running by locking out machinery * Mechanical ability to troubleshoot production equipment * Use SAP software to transfer materials * Idea generation to improve processes to achieve superlative performance Date: August 7th, 2024 Location: Meadowside - Sheboygan Falls, WI Member Status: Full Time, Hourly Manufacturing Positions Available: 1 Benefits: Members have potential for a monthly bonus, 401k with a company match and profit sharing.
