Actalent Survey Cad Technician in Shawnee Mission, Kansas

Job Title: Survey CAD TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Survey CAD Technician with expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey drafting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about survey drafting and eager to advance their career in this field.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CAD skills using AutoCAD Civil 3D for survey drafting.

  • Perform and complete Topographic, ALTA, As-Built, and Boundary Surveys.

  • Engage in design drafting, including finished ground surfaces, alignments, profiles, and pipe networks.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

  • Experience in survey drafting.

  • Ability to perform Topographic, ALTA, As-Built, and Boundary Surveys.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with MicroStation is preferred but not required.

  • Passion for survey drafting and a desire to pursue it as a long-term career.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office environment in Lenexa, working closely with a CAD team.
