Job Title: Survey CAD TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Survey CAD Technician with expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and a passion for survey drafting. The ideal candidate will have experience in various types of survey drafting, including Topographic, ALTA, As-Built, and Boundary Surveys. Experience with MicroStation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and complete Topographic, ALTA, As-Built, and Boundary Surveys.

• Conduct design drafting, including finished ground surface, alignments, profiles, and pipe networks.

• Collaborate with the CAD team to ensure accurate and efficient survey drafting.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Experience in survey drafting.

• Knowledge of topographic surveys and land surveying.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with MicroStation (preferred).

• Strong passion for survey drafting and a desire to pursue it as a career.

Work Environment

This role is based in an office environment in Lenexa, where you will work closely with the CAD team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
