-Make various repairs to high and low voltage electrical systems. -Assemble various prefabricated pieces of furniture and shower doors. -Apply a wide variety of paint and finishes to drywall, wood, metal, and plastics. -Make repairs and install new drywall. Be able to finish drywall to a level 5. -Install and repair various types of flooring including LVP, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. -Install and repair various types of stone, tile, glass, and brick. -Repair and install various types of finish carpentry including doors, trim, windows, cabinetry, and casing. -Repair and Install rain gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts. -Install and repair all appliances, various types of ductwork and installation. -Make repairs and install new siding, fascia, soffit, brick mold, and various other exterior siding components. -Remove and install new insulated glass units on vinyl windows. Make repairs and glaze single pane windows. -Pour and Repair various small concrete projects. Technician must be able to obtain an industry standard broomed finish -Must be able to quote jobs onsite and provide clear scope of work for client and company Must have on tools Must be able to quote jobs onsite Must be physically able to stand and weight heavy weight Must to able to complete jobs in industry standard timeframe Must be able to give lifetime warranty on all work performed Must have no fear of heights or high risk ladder and roofing work 10 years experience requred
