Faithful Transition Program Director (OJT) in Sharon, Pennsylvania
Program Development: You would be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing programs that address the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities. This includes creating goals, objectives, and strategies to enhance their quality of life, independence, and inclusion in the community.
Staff Management: You will oversee a team of professionals, such as support coordinators, case managers, and direct support staff. Collaborating with individuals with intellectual disabilities, their families, and support teams, you will contribute to the development of individualized plans.
