MERCER COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY Mechanic I Maintenance Man in Sharon, Pennsylvania
Seeking professional to be responsible for grounds-work, janitorial and general repairs of various MCHA properties. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited high school or GED, vocational school or equivalent and supplemented by technical courses in electrical, plumbing and carpentry repair work and/or two years experience performing equivalent general maintenance. Must also have a valid Pa. drivers' license, be a resident of Pennsylvania and able to pass a physical examination that includes testing for all illegal drugs and alcohol abuse. Reports to property manager. 40 hrs./week plus on-call emergency after hour rotation. Hourly rate is $19.00.
