Industrialization Engineer

Your key responsibilities

• Handling TTH TASTE China NPI(New Product Introduction) process (MDM, Supply Pattern, sampling, ..) to achieve agile, efficient and reliable NPI.

• Assure new products comply with GCP(Good Creation Practice), validate formulas through pilot trials and/or analytical if needed, to ensure safe and successful production of new products.

• Responsible for maintaining new product industrialization relevant master data

• Work with planning team to conduct Feasibility study to ensure RM supply and availability for new products

• Work with creation, manufacturing and quality team on trouble shooting of new products

• Work closely with Flavorist to optimize product formulation to achieve “design for manufacturing” purpose, driving formula complexity reduction to achieve production efficiency.Support product transfer and RM localization to achieve supply optimization, lead NPI process continuous improvement projects. To perform other jobs assigned by line manager.

You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in food/chemical engineering or related subjects

• Experience in Food and Flavor industries are highly preferred. Responsible, hard working with passion and good communication skill

• Teamwork spirit, self-motivated and honest

• Good speaking, reading and writing in English.Good command of computer, knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.Good Planning and organizing skill
