主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:

负责王桥仓库的现场管理工作

Responsible for the on-site management work in WangQiao warehouse.

日常检查仓库环境控制（防火、防虫、防盗、防水）。

Daily check for environment control (fire prevention, pest prevention, thief prevention, waterproofing) in warehouse.

日常特种设备操作监督（操作货物高度不超1.8M、速度不超5公里/小时、禁止登高操作）。

Daily check for operations (The goods are no higher than 1.8M, No faster than 5km/h, No climbing operations) of forklift in warehouse.

运输车次数据记录（目的地、车次数、装货数）。

Record of the information (destination, number of transportation, number of pallets) about transportation.

每周记录本复核（温度记录、清洁记录）。

Logbook review by weekly (temperature log, clean log).

按照GDP要求确保所有仓库操作均有单据。

Follow the procedure of GDP to make sure the notes are available for all operations in warehouse.

按照GMP要求确保依照物料状态（待检、合格、隔离）存放对应（待检区、合格区、隔离区）区域。

Follow the procedure of GMP to make sure the goods are store in right area (waiting inspection area, approved area, quarantine area) according the status (waiting inspection, approved, quarantine).

王桥仓库年度固定资产评估。

Annual assessment of fixed assets in WangQiao warehouse.

负责安排王桥仓库生产订单物料的发放工作

Responsible for arranging the dispatching work of production order in WangQiao warehouse.

对当天生产订单备料顺序进行确认，确保满足生产需求。

Daily check about the priority of production orders to meet the production demand.

因物料待检导致生产订单无法备料，负责跟进QC确认生产订单情况并反馈相应部门。

Responsible for communicating with QC team about the production order cannot be dispatched as no approved of materials.

因物料缺料导致生产订单无法备料，负责跟进物料计划确认到货计划并反馈相应部门。

Responsible for communicating with Material Planning team about the production order cannot be dispatched as material shortage.

负责安排王桥仓库原材料到货的收货工作。

Responsible for arranging the receiving work of purchase order in WangQiao warehouse.

对当天收货现场确认，确保满足安全需求。

Daily check the receiving area is meet the safety requirement.

安排紧急原材料的收货工作。

Arrange the receiving work of urgent raw materials.

因原材料缺少COC/COA导致无法收货，负责联系物料计划重新提供。

Responsible for communicating with Material Planning team about the raw materials cannot be received as missing COC/COA.

因原材料缺少物料相关信息导致无法收货，负责联系质量部提供。

Responsible for communicating with Quality team about the raw materials cannot be received as no master information.

制定月度盘点计划，确认盘点结果并负责差异调查

Make and carry out the monthly counting plan, check the result of counting.

处理王桥仓库整改调查事宜（RCA、QI、CAPA等）。

Deal with corrective action and investigation report for WangQiao warehouse. (ie. RCA, QI, CAPA, etc.)

使用鱼骨图、5why等分析工具完成RCA报告。

Use the analysis tools of the Fishbone and 5Why to finish the RCA report.

按照CR和QI流程，作为措施负责人完成相关措施。

Follow the procedure of Change Request and Quality Incident to finish the related actions as action owner.

负责CAPA问题的根源分析，识别出相应对策并依照进度相关措施。

Analyze root cause of CAPA issue, identify the solution, and follow up the timeline to finish the actions.

熟悉和掌握SAP和WMS系统操作。

Know well and master the operations in SAP and WMS system.

保证和推动仓库内的安全、质量和持续改进和确保年度指标（BBS、Near Miss、Kaizen、合理化建议等）达成。

Ensure safety, quality and implement continuous improvement in warehouse and ensure the annual targets （BBS、Near Miss、Kaizen、rationalization proposal、etc.） are achieved.

起草SOP文件并制定培训计划，组织完成培训工作。

Drafts SOP documents and make the regular training plan, organize and check the completion of training courses.

完成经理安排的其他任务。

Complete other tasks delivered by manager.

任职条件Qualifications:

• 文化程度Education：

Bachelor or above degree.

• 任职经验Working Experience：

• 3年以上仓库工作经验。

At least 3 years warehouse working experience.

Experience of medical instrument is preferred.

• 计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill：

Good English reading and writing skills.

Certain application capability of computer.

• 能力要求Competency：

Strong sense of responsibility and coordination ability.
