Job Description Summary

Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Involving in building up service new offering delivery model along with Product Manager and other stakeholders to ensure a sustainable foundation for growth.

  • Responsible for designing end to end delivery process, defining roles and responsibilities of each executive team to ensure service new product offerings are delivered smoothly.

  • Coordinate internal resources and drive problem solving to ensure delivery quality.

  • For transition project, tracking delivery quality and process effectiveness during the transition period, continuously optimize the delivery process.

  • For delivery operation, tracking user adoption and experience, collect customer voice and feedback to improve product features.

  • Delivery operation management, support internal and external user consultation, trouble shooting and installation support.

  • Global service product project China deployment, responsible for requirements assessment, deployment planning, resources coordination and driving Implementation.

  • Support other cross function project on behalf of service product team, such as CRM system replacement project, responsible for new system solution evaluation, gap analysis, product offering consolidation, data structure conversion, data preparation etc.

Required Qualifications

  • For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Project Management & Processes and Tools. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

  • Experience in digital product operation management.
