Fortive Corporation Territory Sales Manager (TS) in Shanghai, China

主要职责Major Responsibilities:

  • 执行地区策略,在预算范围内,通过目标设定和资源分配,领导激励销售团队达成或超额达成销售目标;

  • 高效管理所在销售区域的客户意向,客户产出以及相应的销售渠道。通过有效的客户管理提升设备的装机和耗材的产出;

  • 根据制定的销售策略,帮助产品技术专员明确个人目标并监督达成的进展情况。通过与下属进行绩效管理及发展对话,来提高员工的绩效表现,在辅导中凝聚他们;

  • 确保团队中所有的活动都能合规进行,定期给下属提供合规政策更新和培训。

任职条件Qualifications:

  • 本科学历,至少5年医疗设备、器械销售经验;

  • 有丰富的客户及经销商管理能力,有手术室或供应室相关领域产品销售管理经验优先;

  • 熟悉医疗设备销售流程并有丰富成功经验;

  • 有一定的团队管理(项目管理)经验。有培养团队发展团队意识;

  • 优秀的沟通、表达、谈判能力;

  • 学习能力强且能承担压力;

  • 适应出差。
