What you’ll do:

Control and assures the quality of the supplied buy-sell products to meet product specification on time and in the right volumes, following Eaton Quality Management System and Customer Requirements.

"A. Lead the APQP process to assure flawless launches with suppliers.

• APQP/PPAP, FMEAs, Control Plans, corrective action reporting, 5W and 8D methodology required..

• Familiar with run and rate validation and safe launch process

• Supplier Capacity validation against Customer demand.

B. Provides the quality interface between the organization and their suppliers.

• Manage customer complaints thru G8D methodology.

• Monitor supplier performance and manage top focus suppliers.

• Supplier proactive/reactive visits and process audit.

• Maintain health relationship with supplier focus on win-to-win business.

c. Support quality team

• Manage and support the team to continually improve product quality and supplier quality performance.

• Demonstrated ability to work on cross functional teams and ability to lead quality issue.

D. Quality system

• Experience working with IATF16949 and/or ISO9001 quality management systems is required

• Certified supplier auditor a plus, VDA 6.3 is much preferred"

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above within Technical Discipline, Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial Engineering or Business Management from an accredited institution required.

5+ years working experience as SQE, Engineering or Manufacturing environment

Skills:

"Experience using Quality tools, statistical techniques and measurements analysis; CQE certification / Six Sigma/Green Belt desired ；GD&T；Automotive Customer Specific Requirements (e.g. ISO16949); Core tools knowledge (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, PCP, PFD)

• Core tools knowledge (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, PCP, PFD)"

Able to communication effectively within the Eaton organization and suppliers; Capable of presenting themselves in a professional manner during face to face meeting, conference calls or via email with customers; Strong problem solving and negotiation skills; Effective Time Management
