Job Description

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal modeling insights into the overall product design process

• Build representative 3D thermal models, evaluate designs, validate with physical testing and perform iterations to drive efficient designs for optimal product performance

• Generate detailed documentation of simulation results for internal and external stakeholders

• Develop test plans, test documentation and support thermal tests. Assist in the validation of models through comparison with experimental data and field measurements

• Contribute to the development and improvement of in-house tools for thermal analysis

• Conduct comprehensive performance analyses to optimize thermal performance, efficiency, and reliability of existing and new products

Qualifications

• MSEE /BSEE with 10+ years experience in system level electronic cooling. Experience in the power module is preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in the use of thermal simulation software ( Flotherm and Icepak). Experience in electro-thermal 2-way coupling analysis is preferred

• Experience working on product level power and performance analysis and optimization

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
