WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will report to the Director of Asia Technology, Converse.

In this role you will work closely with a variety of business teams across Geo/Global to identify business requirements.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Product Manager on the Converse Asia Technology team, you will lead the local technical roadmap for data analytics and other back-office capability. You will be working with business stakeholders across all Asia business functions and global data analytics team to establish and align on priorities and design the most relevant solutions.

As a member on this team, we expect you to:

Product Expertise:

  • Act as technical domain expert on data analytics for all the business stakeholders.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple related projects, establish the project team, create the project master schedule, and allocate project resources to align with function expertise.

  • Effectively manage priorities across multiple products, technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Manage the Tech BI resources to deliver the system and support for business.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.

  • Minimum of 7+ years’ work experience that can translate into defining platform vision and working with the best engineers, analysts, and data scientists.

  • Strong knowledge and experience on BI representing tools and operation management, such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, QlikView, etc.

  • Experience in building effective project plans based on priorities, set clear and measurable objectives, and roadmap definition.

  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal in English)

  • Be able to interact effectively across functions and cultures.

  • Vendor management experience is a plus.

  • Experience with retail or ecommerce domains is a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Manage Tech solution delivery, including but not limited to data analytics tools and related backend systems.

  • Manage the project within the planned time and with a controlled budget.

  • Be accountable for leading the requirement analysis and solution validation of technical capabilities for data analytics tools.

  • Manage the communicating with local business stakeholders, vendor and global tech team.

  • Daily data analytics tools support for local business key users.

  • Regular incident review on data analytics tools and other back-end systems.
