The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. We are seeking a skilled Senior Education Content Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial background, combined with exceptional editing and content management skills. This role involves leading content creation projects aimed at providing local Sellers with first-class education in their local language, ensuring the educational integrity and quality of our content. The goal is to make the material engaging and effective for our target audience.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and own the educational content framework for critical domains related to selling on Amazon.

  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and agencies to develop and refine content, adapting it for various formats and platforms.

  3. Create, review, and edit educational content for accuracy, clarity, and engagement, ensuring it aligns with curriculum standards and learning objectives.

  4. Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to editorial guidelines.

  5. Suggest and implement improvements in content presentation, structure, and format to enhance learning outcomes.

  6. Stay updated with current educational trends, curriculum standards, and best practices in content editing and development.

  7. Track and analyze content performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, leveraging insights for continuous content optimization, enhanced learner engagement, and driving downstream business impact.

Basic Qualifications

Basic qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  2. 5+ years of experience in content creation and management, or similar role.

  3. Excellent command of both Chinese and English language, including grammar, punctuation, and style.

  4. Proficiency in communicating complex ideas and project status to stakeholders, team members, and executives, both verbally and in writing.

  5. Project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
