The Product Quality Manager is tasked with ensuring that the cloud gaming handheld meets high standards across various aspects of its operation:

• Hardware Design and Testing : They are responsible for reviewing and testing the hardware design to ensure it meets the performance demands of cloud gaming.

• Operating System Optimization : They focus on enhancing the performance of the gaming operating system to ensure stability and responsiveness.

• Cloud Service Compatibility : Ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms for a smooth streaming experience.

• Partner Content Quality Assessment : Collaborating with game companies to assess and ensure the quality of integrated game content.

• Hardware and Software Integration Testing : Conducting comprehensive tests to ensure the stability and compatibility of the integrated system.

• Continuous User Experience Tracking : Monitoring the user experience from hardware ergonomics to content presentation to ensure a coherent and satisfying experience.

• Quality Control and Feedback Mechanism : Establishing stringent quality control processes and feedback mechanisms to address and resolve user issues swiftly.

• After-Sales Service Strategy : Developing and implementing effective after-sales service strategies to provide necessary support throughout the product lifecycle.

• Cross-Departmental Communication and Coordination : Maintaining communication with R&D, marketing, sales, and customer service departments to ensure consistent quality messaging.

• Compliance and Standard Adherence : Ensuring the product complies with industry standards and regulations to uphold the brand image and trust in the market.
