DND Supply Chain Design is dedicated to consolidating and implementing the business rules to plan, execute and successfully launch any project throughout the entire Product Lifecyle of our product portfolio. From NPI & Sustaining, Migrations & Footprint, to EOL & Long-tail projects; end goal is to secure a healthy, flexible, lean and localized supply chain network. Procedures and practices mapping logic on projects management is required; to gradually develop standardized, user-friendly, digital-factory-driven and automated solutions.
This role is all about E2E vision, projects management and great communication skills. Constant cross-functional teams connections are required to understand problems' root cause, develop, test and operationalize solutions as well as ensure its smooth adoption by effective change management within our organization. It considers upstream & downstream supply chain. Ultimately, the goal is also to create a strength network among the supply chain global team to efficiently approach and support a project. This role provides a unique path to grow as a leader and subject matter expert in supply chain planning, while developing both business acumen and technological edge.
This role will report to the Sr Director of Supply Chain for DND.
What your background should look like:
Responsibilities :
Secure effective monitoring, support and coordination for NPI, Migrations and EOL projects among supply chain central teams.
Assess, Demand, Plan & Understand Portfolio (NPI/EOL).
Coordinate entire Long tail management program.
Reinforce our foundations in Inventory / Material Management related to Offer management.
Help us in migrating our End to End planning capabilities towards IBP SAP for NPI Management.
Proactive management of the constraints and escalation point to Business.
Manage relationship from an End to End supply chain with the business for Industrial transfers and Launches.
Support us in our journey to mature our SnOP practices as well as S&OE foundations integrating NPI management as part of the discussions / decisions making.
Identify & drive opportunities in projects management to improve materials planning, logistics, demand management, manufacturing capacity and customer experience
Review full Supply chain deployment Business rules And Supply Chain orchestration on existing design And assess opportunities to drive differentiation to the business : Propose changes in footprint - In flow directions
Help in constructing Portfolio management review as additional pillar to our S&Op roadmap
Develop IBP modules end to end to drive Blueprint and differentiation for the company
Drive Long tail management program
Reinforce Business standards / Practices to support Portfolio management
Drive Analytics roadmap to support outperform competition

What your background should look like :
Master degree
18+ years of experience in Supply chain roles – preferably operational and functional track records
10+ years in Leadership driving Cross Cultural teams
Highly customer centric
Abilities to drive Projects EtE, with track record of achieving effective change management
High proficiency in Material Management – Demand / Supply Planning & SnOP – Customer Experience a must – Manufacturing Planning a Plus
Srtong expertise with Offer creation Process and NPI
Strong Analytical & continuous improvements Skills (problem solver) as well as good understanding of data analytics capabilities
Knowledge of SAP, IBP or equivalent planning tools a plus
Strong people & organizational leadership skills: Reliable; Change agent; People oriented; Approachable, Great team player
Highly customer centric oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in 1-to-1 situations and group settings
Ability to prioritize very well and maintain appropriate balance in a fast-paced, heavy-workload environment
Language skills: Excellent English (verbal / written) required, Chinese a Must
