Sr. E-marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • As a core initiator & connection bridge with internal and external team to build and continuously improve the consumer purchasing journey via content, media, store engagement, campaign, CRM, live stream etc.

  • Conducting industry/market research and benchmark analysis to generate outside-in perspectives and dig out the potential market opportunities for E2W project.

  • Lead E2W marketing strategy and calendar planning based on E2W business annual plan. And set clear marketing target and KPI to ensure both in/external seamless cooperation and support to nail down the detailed plan and 100% execution for maximized campaign output.

  • Lead category product communication and campaign communication, be responsible for the whole consumer purchasing journey from awareness to convert, including product detail page design, media investment planning and execution, campaign cadence development, key creative assets etc.

  • Take ownership for continuous improvement from consumer communication and media investment efficiency and make guidelines on how to deliver good performance and how to judge ROI.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, trade-marketing or digital/consumer marketing area

  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Strong marketing strategy and analytics skills is required

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing multiple projects.

  • Know well about overseas marketing execution.

  • Good communication and influence skills to manage bilateral relationships, drive all cross-function teams at the same pace to deliver business results.

  • Excellent English command and presentation skill.
