SIED is Innomotics wholly owned operating company founded in 2005, dedicated to the research and development, the manufacturing, and the application of medium-voltage converters. SIED products are exported to over 30 countries and regions, like Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia, South America, the Middle East. What part will you play?

• Being responsible to secure and achieve SIED annual profitability targets (Factory contribution margin) by defining and implementing a FPP (Factory Performance Program) with focus on Variable Cost Productivity (Material, Procurement and Labor) and stringent controlling and adopting fix cost structure according to volume and targets. Fix cost and processes have to constantly improved.

• Lean in manufacturing is the key for best in class processes and should be your mindset and background. Continues improvement and customer oriented value stream optimization with a lean mind set should be in your DNA.

• Delivering the highest value to our customers in terms of high quality, fast delivery and good service is a priority for you.

• Define and implement manufacturing strategies, bringing in new ideas, best practice approaches, taken from the wider global manufacturing network and achieve defined annual productivity targets as well as continuous increase of flexible automation and digitization.

• Close collaboration with headquarter to develop the right portfolio within the defined timeline and budget as well as fast responses to product care issues with good quality.

• Ensure governance role is fulfilled and all regulations from Innomotics and from government are met, e.g., EHS, Security, Compliance, Product Quality, Tax, Export Control, Cybersecurity, IPR…

• Attract, develop, and retain talents for the sustainable success of the company

• Close alignment with MVD HQ functions to ensure global strategies are implemented, with necessary local adaptation.

• Work closely with China MVD BU and Sales teams to react fast to market/customer demand.

• Cooperate with the local government to win their support and fulfill Innomotics social responsibility.

What you need to make real what matters?

• University degree or comparable education with a focus on e.g. mechanical design and/or manufacturing/industrial engineering.

• Extensive experience on leading as well as optimizing a factory environment.

• Proven track record of improvement and transformation projects within the greater manufacturing area.

• Holistic transformation approach towards Lean Production and Digitalization within a factory environment.

• Experience in digitalization projects on factory level using technologies as digital twin, simulation, advanced robotic, cloud & edge computing and artificial intelligence.

• Collaboration skills to handle business with different customers.

• Deep knowledge on state-of-the-art efficiency tools/methods e.g. lean, scrum, etc.

• Preferred high voltage inverter manufacturing experience
