What part will you play?

• Lead the complete Customer Service team in SIED. (Appr. 50 employees)

• Develop the service business together with China and global CS team, define the strategy and execute the measures.

• Establish and develop high-level customer satisfaction, by providing professional services timely.

• Establish SIED service processes by complying with CS global and China service processes.

• Establish operating budgets; monitor the cost, effectiveness, and reliability of installation activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and ensure that standards are met.

• Identify recurring problems and take counter-measures in advance for avoid further failures.

• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement a strategy for systems installation activities that aligns with the organization’s overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives.

• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of customer service managers and professionals to achieve established budget, quality and customer satisfaction goals.

• Ensure implementation state of the art standards for EHS, occupational safety and Quality in CS in cooperation with the related departments.

• Continuous improvements take place under the lean principles within own responsibility. Well understand and strictly follow up the requirements of national laws and QMS documents so as to ensure the quality of product, service and process qualified and continuously improved.

• Strictly comply with and implement the responsibility and obligation in signed . Ensure to comply with national, local EHS laws and regulations, HQ and Company EHS requirements.

What you need to make real what matters?

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical or automation engineering.

• 5+ years technical experience in electrical drives technical support or services.

• 5+ years management experience, with strong leadership and capacity of planning, organization and coaching.

• Excellent English communication skill. (CET-4 and above)
