Play your part in our team succeeding

Our Team develops and delivers the LEGO Retail Platform and visual identity of Retail stores across the world through our flawless Supply Chain set-up.

Core Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the global supply chain of fixtures and graphics for Retail stores across all markets and channels.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with outsourced partners, ensuring collaboration and performance at the highest levels.

  • Secure efficient supply and inventory management in balance with a solid demand planning process across all markets and channels.

  • Develop and maintain strong regional supplier service capabilities and dashboard transparency in line with LEGO Retail and LEGO Finance requirements.

  • Train and guide relevant LEGO partners across LEGO Retail and LEGO Markets to secure right minimum criteria for a successful supply chain performance.

  • Manage clear and measurable deliverables; motoring materials arrives on time in right quality,

  • Streamlining logistics processes, drive continuous Improvement initiatives and ongoing price & service benchmarking across all suppliers in close collaboration with Procurement, Finance and Quality teams.

  • Work closely with the Retail development teams of new fixture development to secure right supply chain involvement and strong version management of the Retail Platform.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor degree of Supply chain Management and/or Logistical educational background would be preferred

  • Strong planning and supply chain management skills

  • Strong Collaboration and partnership building experience with focus on clear accountabilities.

  • Good experience in Lean or Six Sigma would be preferred

  • Experienced in driving Supplier critical metric and Quality management

  • Strong presentation skills for crafting relevant logistical data and dashboard reporting.

  • Experienced in delivering financial reporting and data transparency.

  • Engaged in training and mentorship of others.

  • Fundamental Project Management experience.

  • Proficient in both Chinese and English
