Job Description

Title: Senior Financial Analyst- Country FP&A

Location: Shanghai

Report to: Senior Finance Manager- Country FP&A

Department: Country FP&A

Position Summary:

This position is based in Shanghai for China Country FP&A team with responsibility to support China management reporting including top line, EBITA, working capital, etc. This role will cross work with many divisions/functions’ FP&A to learn the difference and analysis the business changes

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities :

• Support China on each week FCST review meeting including QTD performance reporting and trending analysis

• Support China on reporting consolidation and analysis including pricing, AR/DSO bridge, ebita expansion, etc.

• Support China on MBR&QBR / STRAP / AOP cycle

Educational Qualifications:

• College degree or above, majored in Accounting or Finance related

Experience Qualifications:

• Above 5 years working experience in relevant position is preferred;

• Strong analytical skills and be proactive on communication;

• CPA/ACCA/CMA certification is preferred;

• Be proficient in English;

• Be proficient in Excel. Experience with SAP/Hyperion/CMR/PLN is preferred.
