Operation Consulting department of Siemens Advanta Consulting (Beijing or Shanghai Office is looking for a Process Senior Consultant). What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？

Job Description: • Lead a consulting project to improve the operation processes, governance and digitalization for project and product business organization, incl. management processes (e.g. in strategy management, budgeting and controlling), business processes (e.g. in PLM, CRM, SCM), and supporting processes (e.g. in quality management, finance, HR) • Help clients define and improve the process framework with a benchmark on industry best practices, breakdown into level 3-5 processes and support their implementations and organizational changes with our consulting and coaching services. • Guide through or coach customers to understand, accept and implement the recommendations and solutions in business process re-engineering (BPR). • Use the EA (Enterprise Architecture, e.g. TOGAF) to develop IT landscape and roadmap according to customer requirements, including PLM, PM, etc. • Understand clients’ pain points and expectations in processes, practices and IT systems, analyze root causes and provide professional and practical recommendations and solutions to customers. • Facilitate internal and external workshops with customers, with a structure and guided group discussion on strategy, solutions, interviews, etc. • Proactively manage organizational changes with professional methods and handling complex context and resolve customer challenges. • Work hand in hand together with clients on each engagement, facilitating working sessions with client management/project teams, motivating and coaching the client team during transformations.

What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？ • Familiar with basic consulting skills as a structure thinking, visualization, questioning and interview, presentation and workshop moderations, etc. • 4+ years of consulting experience in process or management consulting. • Knowledge, experience and/or background in BRP, finance and controlling, IPD or PLM, change management, etc. are preferred. • Result oriented with structured analytical skills, with the ability to translate analysis into solutions. • Evidence of a distinctive career achievement and/or academic record. Master degree, other graduate level degree preferred. • Comfort with extensive travel (60% or above) • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
