Job Description:

Responsibilities: • Responsible for selling mat product, to Automotive emission customers, located in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hubei, Chongqing, Sichuan, etc., both in PV and CV market (mainly PV).

• All sales activities which include (but not limited to) regular sales call, obtaining RFQ and on time quotation, technical communication, commercial contract, project management and all follow up actions.• Closely communicate with global team to make clear key account development plan and be an active “bridge” in global team activities.• Continuously identify customer pain point via VOC, analyze competitiveness/key market drivers and adjust/implement sales, product and marketing activities to achieve organic growth and the sales target.• New customers and new application development to keep business continual growth and achieve the sales target.• Represent business unit products and services to customers and prospect and provide appropriate sales support services to customers and distributors.• Channel management.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above, engineering major is preferred. • Minimum 3 years of automotive parts sales experience in a global company.• Solid knowledge of project developing and management process in automotive industry.• Self-motivated and able to manage complex situations and issues with minimum supervision.• Demonstrated skills in communication, negotiation, analytical ability and project management skills.• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, good at computer skills.

• 负责陶瓷纤维衬垫产品,面向汽车排气系统供应商的销售工作,包含乘用车和商用车市场(以乘用车市场为主)。负责客户区域:上海,浙江,广东,广西,湖北,重庆,四川等。

• 工作职责包括但不限于客户拜访、获得询价并及时报价、技术交流、商务谈判、项目管理及其他相关工作。

• 积极保持和国外团队紧密沟通并制定清晰的大客户发展计划,成为中国与国外团队沟通的桥梁。 • 通过不断倾听客户声音发现客户的痛点,分析竞争对手及行业发展趋势并据此调整销售、产品及市场策略以保证生意持续增长并完成销售目标。 • 开发新客户及新的应用机会以保证生意的持续增长并完成销售目标。 • 渠道管理。

• 完成主管指派的其他工作。

要求 : • 大学本科或以上学历 , 工科专业优先考虑。 • 3 年以上跨国公司汽车零部件销售经验。 • 熟悉汽车行业项目开发管理流程。 • 积极主动并在有限的指导下能独立解决复杂的问题。 • 优秀的沟通能力、谈判能力、分析能力及项目管理能力。 • 良好的中文和英语沟通能力以及计算机操作技能。
