Job Description
Title: Sales Director, MR China
Location: Shanghai
Report to: GM, MR China
Purpose:
Leading the sales team in Milton Roy China, developing and achieving objectives through effective and efficient sales strategy formulation and implementation in line with Milton Roy China strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements sales strategies for its respective sales channel or project sales to achieve the organization's short- and long-term sales goals.
Leads market acquisition and retention strategies to maximize sales growth and optimize profits for the organization.
Evaluation of the right way to market by region and customer, distributor and agent.
Embrace and leverage Ingersoll Rand Execution Excellence (IRX) Operating Model to achieve results.
Ensure team cohesiveness: Team members with high levels of trust and openness, who are highly accountable and committed to team results as part of the leadership team and for the team you lead.
Manage following activities:
Developing and implementing the sales plans.
Developing a robust key account strategy to serve our customers.
Setting and managing sales targets and goals for the team.
Motivating sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Communicating sales numbers to stakeholders.
Maintaining positive relationships with top accounts.
Participating in high level sales negotiations when needed.

Qualifications:
Major in sales, business or related fields, 10+ years related working experience and leading a sales team.
Experience with similar industrial background in process industry and chemical reaction is preferred.
High level of capability and experience in delivering results in a changing and intense environment.
Good people skills and able to work with people at all levels.
Good communication skills and Language Skills (in writing and vocally).
