The Job
As a Regional Procurement Manager (Power Tools- Sourced Products) you will be part of GSM Procurement Operations team, driving Supply Chain Continuity & Executing Sourcing Strategy in the region (China).
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing Regional Procurement Operations of Home Products Category($30M spend)
Responsible for Suppliers Operational KPIs - Drive On Time Delivery performance in close collaboration with Global Supply Chain & Global Quality teams.
Proactively Debottlenecking Supply Constraints by adopting best in class Problem Solving Methodology.
Lead & Drive Sourcing execution in alignment with Lead Category Manager– Driving RFx, Negotiations, Contract Management, Local Supply market intelligence & On time Project Execution covering New products & Resourcing projects
Drive world class cost and margin enhancement (TCO Improvement) to deliver target productivity & working capital improvements.
Responsible for Inventory reduction KPI through effective management of Lead time & MOQs
Lead and manage supplier relationships as the local representative for global affiliates.

Minimum 10 years of experience in global strategic sourcing/procurement including supplier selection.
Experienced in managing sourcing of Sourced/Finished products & Contract manufacturers
Have experience in managing Home products category – Domestic Appliances, Garment appliances, Cooking appliances, Cleaning appliances etc..
Engineering degree in relevant area required, Electronics or Mechatronics engineering preferred.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, should costing, materials and experience in managing electro-mechanical component categories.
Must have sound negotiation Skills
Ability to work independently to deliver results and influence stakeholders internally and externally.
Excellent Communication Skills with English Language Proficiency.
Experience working with Global & Diverse team in USA & Europe
Adept in Contract & Project management
Good analytical skills
