Position Summary:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various partners, including global cross-functional teams within Thermofisher, executive teams, operational teams and technical teams from both sides. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program
Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations
Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions
Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement
Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams
Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience
Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps
Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in the Digital Supply Chain, Program Management or Product Management with large global organizations
Experience learning unfamiliar systems and tools and quickly developing expertise
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services
Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the partners and executives as required
Advanced skills and experience with PPTand Excel, including standard formulas and data visualization
Ability to understand customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development
Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and challenging priorities
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and getting results
Be determined, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
Master’s degree
Eligibility Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time, including international travel
The position is based in Shanghai
