Sales Operations Manager, Central PMO

The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Amazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to join the central PMO team. The ideal candidate is eager to lean to customers, has a track record of success at driving results, partnering cross functionally, and has best-in-class oral and written communication skills.
As a Program Operations Manager, you will identify & address customer pain-points by working with a cross-functional team (both internal & external) to create/execute/optimize SOPs and to support the new product/solution launches. You will be able to build accurate forecasting, metrics, and reports to ensure results.

Responsibilities:
Partner with program/product leaders to develop strategy and set goals to drive product Seller adoption.
Work cross functionally with stakeholders to manage business operations process, including pipeline/leads management, performance management, and reporting.
Utilize Excel, SQL, Quick Sight and etc. to manage data to determine target Sellers for new product adoption. Conduct forecasting by recognizing past data & trends.
Dig into data to reveal new opportunities, or uncover driver of a challenge

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience developing business analytics or equivalent
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
Experience with data visualization software (e.g., AWS QuickSight or Tableau) or open-source project
