About the Role

As Product Manager II, you will be an integral part of the Lexis+ AI Content Platform initiative. You will work within the agile development team for our Content Platform, managing user stories, and ensuring successful feature development in accordance with business goals and customer needs. You will own one or more product features and lead project execution, owning product development plans and representing your feature(s) within the cross-functional team. You will propose new feature ideas that address customer pain points, based on deep, firsthand understanding of the customer, and ensure successful refinement, development, testing, user acceptance, and deployment of features. This is a complex product requiring prior product skills and experience. You will develop strong relationships within the agile development team, UX team, commercial teams, and other product managers to ensure that the delivered features will address customer needs. You will be responsible for demoing (as needed) to key stakeholders at program milestones and work with a cross-functional team including software engineers, data scientists, and UX designers. Most of all, you will have a 'self-starter' sense of urgency, show enthusiasm, and have an experimental mindset - whether new products, processes, or frameworks. You will build a strong understanding of customer insights to ensure that features are delivered in accordance with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Leading customer interactions and generating requirements to anticipate and prioritize customer needs.

• Gathering and analyzing data to drive data-driven decision-making and evaluate product hypotheses.

• Supporting go-to-market strategies, assisting in launch plans, and providing operational readiness support.

• Solving customer issues, managing product lifecycle, and shaping strategic product vision and priorities.

• Considering high-level technical approaches, demonstrating proficiency in various technologies, and understanding technical architecture principles.

• Developing personal capabilities, solving problems, innovating, and communicating effectively within the team.

• Encouraging collaboration and teamwork, building relationships, developing others, and driving for results.

  Requirements

• Possess exceptional and invaluable product management expertise honed through extensive practical experience.

• Have a track record of agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery and Product Management responsibilities to triage demand into an agile delivery process.

• Be able to speak to users, internal customers, and stakeholders to define requirements, improve product performance and influence product strategy.

• Have the ability to present ideas in business-friendly language that are easily consumable by those that do not come from a technology background.

• Possess a track record of successful collaboration in a matrix corporate structure.

• Be recognized as a full owner of a product or multiple features.

• Be able to lead and release changes that improve customer satisfaction and commercial impact.

• Understand market analysis to drive product direction and strategy.

• Possess exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
