The ACCS Marketing team is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for formulating channel marketing strategy, driving high-quality conversions across a vast array of campaigns for China-based Amazon sellers and developing scalable mechanism. You will work cross-functionally to drive product adoption and retention by communicating effectively with stakeholders in different teams and job categories; Product, Design, Business Intelligence, Sales, Finance, Legal and so on. This requires deep understanding of customers, business, products, levers for success, ability to deliver results, and skills to handle conflicting priorities.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, making metrics and data driven decisions with taking risks, and has a strong desire to learn and lead in a fast-paced environment. You are able to think strategically, look at the business analytically, and implement flawlessly. Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategy for driving product adoption and customer retention.
• Align strategy with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Develop new metrics and implement automated process for marketing channel management
• Leverage a variety of channels and tools to effectively communicate with the right target audiences.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights.
• Document plan, performances and test results.
• Drive marketing automation, process standardization and collaboration with stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
