Job Description

• Develop, optimize and implement the Annual Marketing Plan of Botox in Tx.

• Engage KOL to ensure strong brand endorsement from KOLs.

• Monitor market trends, competitive environment and customer insight as well as brand performance to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.

• Work closely with cross-functional team as well as Botox cosmetic to synergy marketing resource.

• Ensure the integrity of Botox therapeutic marketing activities in accordance with local, regional and corporate compliance policies

• Effectively development and manage promotional budget to deliver annual marketing plan

• Lead open, consistent and clear communication between sales and marketing

• Update sales force training material and implement the new employee orientation training

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor degree or above in medical or related medicine science

• Pharmaceutical sales and an additional pharmaceutical marketing experience

Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)

•    Team work spirit

•    Good communication skills (written and spoken)

•    Proactive and independent attitude

•    Good level of English language both in spoken /written
