• Develop new process

引进新工艺

• Perform machine/line acceptance, installation, setup and qualification

验收，安装和调试设备/产线

• New product feasibility and industrialization

• Perform continuous improvement on process (Handling, material flow, ergonomics)

持续改进优化工艺

• Improve performance of production line, such as output, OEE, scrap cost

• Analyze quality issue and failure mode

• Support on customer audit

Education 教育程度

• Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering 学士及以上学位

Professional Experience & skills * *工作经验及技能

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in mechanical or electrical assembly ;

3年以上的机械或电子装配经验

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in automotive industry as a tier 1 or tier 2 suppliers

3年以上汽车行业一级或二级供应商的工作经验。

• Good command of written and oral English

  良好的英语技能。

• Good communication skills, team work spirit and self-awareness.
