What you’ll do:

Work out the production and material planning based on forecast and orders and take the responsibility for the issues of work order and PO in order to make sure that production run smoothly to meet customer required date in the condition of the balance of inventory level.

  • Make out the production planning for the finalized forecast that managers approved every month and follow the actions to covert PR to PO/WO, pull in/out delivery date for WO/PO etc;

  • Have the weekly meeting with across functions to review the actual status for sales execution and backlog orders to make sure the information could be cascaded from front line to the teams in work plant;

  • Supervise the production status with production/testing/quality teams together for on time delivery;

  • Oversee the utilization and efficiency for the key machines/ tools/fixtures in order to ensure appropriate operation within planning;

  • Work with the souring team to monitor the long term raw material supply for the potential issues such as price rising , lead time extending and shortage issue etc;

  • Make E&O analysis report and corrective actions every month and track the status regularly;

  • Leverage the OTD of customers and suppliers with the level of inventory value/inventory turns;

  • Tasks assigned by superior;

  • Provides support in accordance with EBS, Supply Chain, and QS9000 and ISO standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above

  • Minimum 3 years of planning and purchasing experience.

  • Good PC skill, experience with ERP system (SAP preferred)

  • Excellent communication skills both in English.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill;

  • Initiative, hard-working and able to work under pressure;

  • Independent, assertive and result oriented;

  • Proactive, self-motivated, team spirit and willing to adopt change.
