About the role

  • Manage and develop relationships with key retail leaders, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

  • Achieve annual sales performance targets, meeting team and individual sales goals.

  • Effectively plan and manage expenses to ensure they remain within budget.

  • Strictly enforce company sales policies and product pricing systems, and devise plans for promotions and marketing campaigns.

  • Oversee the execution and follow-up of sales promotion plans in corresponding channels.

  • Handle expense reconciliation and verification for corresponding channel distributors.

  • Conduct sales data analysis, create reports, report key performance indicators, and suggest improvements.

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and market trends, integrating with brand strategy to devise innovative promotional plans.

  • Provide excellent customer service, maintain strong communication, and build close cooperative relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (preferably in FMCG) with successful sales management experience.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong market insight and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and possess a team-oriented mindset.

  • Strong problem-solving and stress-handling abilities.
