Your job, as Customer Fulfilment Analyst (MDM) within our M&S China-Supply Chain Team, will be responsible for managing MDM (Customer Master Data Management) operational work, develop MDM strategy to adapt to long-term business environment and needs, Lead MDM relevant projects to continuously improve MDM level and monitoring KPI. This position is also the contact window to global to provide expertise for other regional and global programs, as well as is the mater data source between China market with Global.

Main responsibilities 职责描述：

• Customer Master data management

• Supervise the CHC, Rx, Vx master data maintenance work and KPI reporting.

• Customer Master data management in SC tools to achieve operational excellence.

• Accountable for MDM capability roadmap, responsible for MDM strategy design.

• Join in the projects which is relevant to master data

• Lead MDM SOP update.

• Support Zero touch program.

• Global Product Master Data Management

• Responsible for Product master data management and new product process.

• Keep close communication with relevant domestic/overseas staff regarding product master data to decrease the information consistency gap to the least, and ensure GMID management meets all global policy.

• Cross-team work & contribute to design master data strategy for new business model & needs.

• Connect with excellence team to design new process & system for business integration.

• Play UPL role in MDM related projects

• Act as MDM UPL, connecting with Supply Chain Excellence & Project team or global fuction for new solutions and innovation.

• Continue to optimize current MDM process to increase zero touch rate.

• 客户主数据管理

• 监督CHC，RX，VX主数据的日常维护工作以及服务指标相关报告。

• 将供应链相关的一些工具运用到的客户主数据管理中，以实现流程和运营上的优化。

• 制定客户主数据的服务和发展策略。

• 负责客户主数据相关的项目。

• 负责客户主数据标准流程的更新和培训。

• 产品主数据管理

• 负责产品主数据管理和新产品上市的数据维护、推送。

• 与国内/海外相关人员就产品主数据保持密切沟通，确保本地和全球总部的执行要求是一致的、符合本地和总部的政策。

• 跨团队的合作，助力潜在新业务模式的落地执行和服务策略。

• 与卓越团队合作，为业务整合和优化设计新的流程系统。

• 在主数据相关项目中担当用户代表的角色

• 在涉及主数据方面的项目中，作为供应链的用户代表，与供应链卓越团队或其他全球职能部门沟通、协作，为各类项目提供的解决方案和创新想法。

• 继续优化当前的MDM流程，以提高日常操作的自动化。

About you 任职资格:

• Experience:

• 5 years’ experience in Supply chain / business administration/ Information Systems Management/ Computer/ Quality

• Experience in Customer Service or familiar with SAP is a plus.

工作经验:

• 5年供应链/业务运营/计算机信息系统/供应链咨询经验。

• 有供应链或者熟练操作SAP系统的工作经验者优先。

• Soft skill:

• Networking, negotiation skill, cross functional communication skill and make recommendations for changes.

• Demonstrate Project management/process improvement skills.

• Advanced Mastery of SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, would be a plus.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a team environment.

• Open-minded and well-receptive and follow the GXP quality management.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in Chinese and English.

• 展示项目管理/流程改进技能。

• 熟练掌握SAP、 Microsoft Excel、Word 和 PowerPoint 者优先。

• Technical skill:

• Advanced in SAP system operation.

• Experience in GXP Quality related field.

• Experience in project management.

• 熟悉SAP系统。

• 熟悉和理解GXP质量要求，由质量管理相关经验。

• 需有一定项目管理经验。

• Education:

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain / Management Information System/Quality / Computer or Digital related areas.

• Master degree or above is a plus.

教育背景:

• 供应链/管理信息系统/质量/计算机或数字化相关领域的学士学位。

• 硕士及以上学历优先。

• Languages: English and Mandarin.

语言要求: 英语和普通话。
