Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing CRM operations and critical metrics, develop CRM operational strategies forLEGO Brand Retail Store(LBR) in China.

  • Work closely with Market Group China CRM team to align on the LEGO Retail CRM long- term strategy annual member basic benefit plan, share the activation plan.

  • Take the lead role as LEGO Retail Membership mechanics and benefits work, closely with cross function team such as retail operation, marketing, Finance team from planning to execution on LEGO Membership Loyalty Program.

  • Provide ongoing valuable operation and campaigns support to retail operation and marketing team to sustain CRM value.

  • Support on loyalty reports and deliver valuable business insight and initiate new ideas to achieve and improve CRM/business critical metrics.

  • As the key contact person to work with Product team to develop digital product to meet CRM needs.

  • Closely contact with customer service team to ensure fulfill various customer queries and feature customer satisfaction. Sync with CSE team on the planning of member related programs on regularly and handling customer enquiries

  • Lead agencies to ensure the excellent execution of LEGO Membership Loyalty Program related system operation and channels communications.

You will be the key point to unlock CRM program to drive captivating between consumer and brand in order to impact consumer Life Time Value not by just daily operation but also driving strategic CRM pilots and initiatives!

Do you have what it takes?

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of CRM/Digital/Social Commerce/data driven marketing experience in consumer goods, retail related.

  • Passionate and savvy in digital platform, with deep understanding of commercial and communication.

  • Energetic, keen to learn newness and explore different idea and strong presentation and communication skills

  • Enriched experience working with social commerce and community with confirmed records.

  • Have a high degree of commercial savvy and will bring a results and return on investment focused approach to decision making.

  • An independent, dedicated individual with highly responsible nature and ability to work in a matrix organization, handling complexity and challenge.

  • Experience with social media and digital marketing is a plus.

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
