Role and responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist III at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will be part of an ambitious team working to make a global impact. Your role will be exceptionally remarkable as you will have the opportunity to flawlessly implement and manage marketing strategies that drive our mission forward.

  • Support the Marketing Manager in carrying out exceptional marketing activities by applying all available tools and resources for targeted customer segments.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop customized, cross-division marketing activities.

  • Analyze and report performance metrics of marketing activities, determining areas for improvement to successfully improve lead conversion rates.

  • Collect and interpret marketing information from various markets and commercial teams to help the team understand trends and focus areas.

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and standard methodologies in marketing to encourage innovation and creativity within the team.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • At least 5 years of proven marketing experience, with a focus on marketing events or marketing analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage marketing activities from inception to completion.

  • Proficient in marketing tools and software; strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

  • Outstanding written and spoken abilities in both Chinese and English.

  • High sense of action and purpose, with flexibility to adapt to new priorities.

  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
