Basic Purpose of the Job

The position holder should take care of metabolism franchise whole life cycle management, long term forecasting (5 yrs+) and brand implementation quality. Role responsibility include but not limited to:

  • Establish and develop organization for existing and future business.

  • Ensure market position improvement for long term and short term.

  • Ensure our leadership in covered indication.

  • Ensure success launch of future products.

  • Ensure achievement of P/L of related products.

Accountabilities

Planning for growth and market leading position in short and long term

  • Develops overall Marketing plan for product portfolio and provide critical information to other departments (sales, supply chain, etc.) to contribute in the product development and product portfolio optimization.

  • Draw the short and long term product and indication profile for future growth of our existing and future business.

  • Develops and structures market research activity including qualitative approach, market segmentation and test market

  • Define relevant target audience and geographic areas to develop our portfolio

  • High level of contact with key decision makers and key opinion leaders

  • Provide company high level decision makers with updated market trend analysis together with winning strategy

Execution of Business Strategy.

  • Ensure adequate marketing resources allocation to impulse the core product commercialization to achieve required sales mix.

  • Develop marketing campaigns to attain all targeted customers within PM business value chain to obtain key customer requirements and to establish tactical action plan to assure the accurate budget implementation and to obtain local, regional, and international synergy with other BI affiliates.

  • Lead related team to successfully prepare and launch new product

  • Responsible for P&L, optimise marketing budget and control the proper use of resource in accordance with the agreed marketing plan

  • Responsible for IMS MS% and DDD result, business LTF and forecasting accuracy

Leadership & Management

  • Internally lead the marketing team via setting objectives for Marketing Manager, Product Manager, provide coaching and directions

  • Externally liaise with key partners, and partners in headquarter(international marketing and area management)

  • Build up talent pool, for the preparation of organization development for future business success

  • Ensure that team members comply with legal, regulatory and BI policies

Minimum Education/Degree Requirements

Medical or Pharmacy preferred, MBA ideal

  • At least 10 years of marketing experience in multinationals with over 5 years of experience of people management.

  • Deep knowledge of relevant KOLs with seniority

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
